Please use professional banners and signage to drape your designated 6’ exhibit table and the 10 x 10 tent allocated for your use. You will be provided with two folding chairs. Bring more if you require additional seating. You must provide your own table cover/cloth. Please look for creative ways to engage thousands of potential guests with interactive games, giveaways, etc. Creativity is encouraged. In addition, we ask that you provide visitors with informative materials and brochures. Please arrive by 8:00 AM to CHECK IN and set up your exhibit space by 9:00 AM
