Note: The exhibitor fee for 501c3 non-profits is $250. $350 for all commercial exhibitors. This fee provides you with one 10×10 white tent, one 6’ table, 2 folding chairs, delivery, set up and take down. Additional tents may be rented at the same rate. Your fee also covers park admission, parking, load-in and load-out assisitance, beverages and lunch for you and your team.
Pay by Check: Complete this form along with a check for $250 for non-profits, $350 for all others made out to the American Disabilities Foundation, Inc., and mail to:

Your completed Exhibitor Registration Form must be post-marked no later than Friday, February 21, 2020
Once the form below is completed you will be redirected to PayPal with the designated amount due.
Registration ends Friday, February 21, 2020. Please use professional banners and signage to drape your designated 6’ exhibit table and the 10 x 10 tent allocated for your use. You will be provided with two folding chairs. Bring more if you require additional seating. You must provide your own table cover/cloth. Please look for creative ways to engage thousands of potential guests with interactive games, giveaways, etc. Creativity is encouraged. In addition, we ask that you provide visitors with informative materials and brochures.
